Refund policy
Last updated 13 September 2026
We want you to pay for Orbind only if it helps you study. This policy explains when you get your money back for the Pro plan. It is part of our terms of use, and Erkan Sevim is the operator behind it.
14 days, no questions asked
If Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get the full amount back. You don't need to give a reason, and it doesn't matter how much you used it in that time.
Monthly renewals
After the first payment, each month renews automatically. A renewal is not refunded, because you can stop it before it happens: cancel at any time and you won't be charged again, while Pro stays on until the end of the month you have already paid for.
If you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel and haven't used Pro since, write to us within a few days of the charge and we will look at it case by case.
When something went wrong
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or Orbind didn't work for you and we couldn't fix it, we will refund you whenever it happened.
How to ask
Email hello@orbind.app from the address you use for Orbind, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. We answer within two working days.
Our payments are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, so the refund is issued by Paddle to the card or account you paid with. It usually shows up within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, your account goes back to the free plan; nothing you made is deleted.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to any right you have under the law where you live, such as a consumer's right to withdraw from a purchase — it never takes one away. We may decline a request that clearly abuses this policy, for example buying and refunding again and again, but only where the law allows.
